On 6/14/2026, we had a nature conservation project. The scouts set up 3 signs on the Dick Swenny trail. The scouts faced many hardships as they set up the signs. Many of the holes had large rocks that were difficult to remove. However, they persevered and completed the 3 signs with great quality. Mr. Sweeny, the person who’s name is honored in the trail as he coordinated 150 Eagle Scout Nature Conservation projects and stayed loyal to the Big Dalton trails for 50 years, recognized the quality and gave us praise.
