Our agency is seeking a dedicated EMS Operations Officer to join our team and help ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of prehospital care to our community.

As a vital member of our leadership structure, the EMS Operations Officer will:
-Oversee daily EMS operations, ensuring system readiness and service excellence.
-Coordinate field activities.
-Manage resource deployment, vehicles, equipment, and medical supply chains.
-Partner with leadership, field staff, and agencies to enhance system performance and meet evolving community needs.-
-Support EMS training programs.

This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence, workforce accountability, and public trust in our EMS system.
