☕🤍 White Chocolate Mocha Cake

Rich coffee flavor, creamy white chocolate, and soft moist cake layers come together in this bakery-style White Chocolate Mocha Cake that tastes absolutely luxurious!

🛒 Ingredients:
For the Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp instant espresso powder
1 cup hot coffee
White Chocolate Buttercream:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
6 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mocha Drizzle (Optional):
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp instant espresso powder
Garnish:
White chocolate curls
Cocoa powder dusting
Chocolate-covered espresso beans (optional)
