It is never too early to get your student athlete ready to hit the field, court or track for the upcoming season!

Join us for a one-day-only event offering FREE sports physicals for school-aged athletes:
📅 Saturday, May 30, 2026
🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Five Oaks Medical Clinic – Enter through the main doors

No appointment needed—just walk in! Please note, a parent or guardian must be present with children who are not currently patients of Five Oaks. Shot records will be required of non-patients as well.

Whether your child plays football, cheers, runs track or participates in any school sport, this is the perfect time to complete their required physicals at no cost to you. We’re proud to serve our community and surrounding areas and help set our local athletes up for a safe, healthy and successful summer and school year!

Baseball is not quite over for two Demons; Tucker Skipper and Kaden Barnett are headed to Weatherford today to play in the All-Star game. First pitch is at 4:30PM.

Each year our athletes need a physical dated after May 1st for the upcoming school year. They also need new consents and releases signed. Forms for the 2026-2027 are ready.

📣🏈👟🥎 Tonight is the night, HS Sports Banquet💪🏀🏃⚾⛳

🚪 Doors will open at 6:45PM.
🍽️ Dinner will available at 7PM.

COME READY TO EAT!!! Loaded baked potato bar, award winning chili, and charcuterie in on the menu.

Loved ones will eat in the cafeteria. Athletes will eat at tables in the gym.

Loved ones, once you are done eating please find your way into the home bleachers. Once everyone is done eating, we will start the awards ceremony.

I cannot wait to see y'all.
