🐢💨 Slow and steady wins the race... but today, our 1st graders crossed the finish line in style! 🏁📖

To celebrate wrapping up their very first reading unit, our clever 1st-grade readers brought Aesop’s classic fable, The Tortoise and the Hare, off the page and onto the track! 🎭🏃‍♂️

Our students took turns reenacting the story, acting out the famous race, and learning a valuable lesson about determination, pacing, and never giving up.

🎨 Exploring colors & textures in Ms. Baker’s Life Skills Class! 🌈

Yesterday, our friends got creative as they explored different colors, textures, and ways to make marks! We used a variety of tools and materials to paint, squish, swipe, roll, and create. We loved seeing how each tool made something different and how all of our colors came together to make one big masterpiece! 💙🐊

🎲✨ Learning is so much fun in Ms. Leyva’s Kinder class! ✨🎲

Our little Gators have been busy building their skills with hands-on learning! During “Roll, Count & Show,” students rolled the dice, counted the dots, and found the matching dot card making fluency practice fun and engaging! 🔢🐊

They also explored shapes and colors in science using colorful pattern blocks to create, match, problem-solve, and work together. 🔺🟦🟡🤗

We love seeing our Kinder Gators learning through play, teamwork, and hands-on activities! 💙🐊
