Dickinson ISD families are encouraged to complete the Online FREE & REDUCED-PRICE MEAL APPLICATION for the 2026–2027 school year. Applying may provide benefits that go beyond nutritious school meals.

✅ Important Reminder: Free & Reduced-Price Meal Applications are accepted throughout the school year if your family’s income changes. A new application is required each school year unless your household has been directly certified.

📬 Received a Direct Certification Letter?
If you received a Direct Certification letter, you do not need to complete a meal application. However, if not all students in your household are listed, please contact our office so we can assist you.

🐊🎉 GUESS WHO’S BACK IN THE CAFÉ?! OUR GATORS! 💚💙🍽️

There’s nothing better than seeing our cafeterias filled with smiling faces, happy Gators, and delicious school lunches again! 😍

Today, we stopped by our newest elementary school — Ruth E. Laird Elementary! 🏫✨ Our young Gators were all smiles and ready to dig into one of their lunchtime favorites:

And we can’t forget those fresh and colorful sides! 👀🌱

We’re so happy to have our students back and to see our Gators coming through the Café again! 💚💙
