🏡ASSESSMENT NOTICES🏡 The Stark County Tax Director’s Office has started to mail out real estate assessment notices to all property owners in Stark County.
✅These notices are being sent in accordance with changes made to NDCC 57-02-53 during the 2025 Legislative Session. In previous years, notices were only sent to owners of property that increased in value by a certain threshold.
❗These notices are NOT A BILL❗ They show your property’s True & Full Value for the current and previous year.
‼️Note that a change in property value does not automatically mean your taxes are going to increase, as property taxes are also based on local budgets and levies.
❓If you have questions about your valuation, please contact the Stark County Tax Director’s office at 701-456-7671 or email [email protected].
