Thanks to all who participated in our monthly meeting. Tonight we discussed fundraising opportunities , and looked at our training calendar for the remainder of the year.

On June 15th, we will start a fundraiser with Hundrex. Come to our CERT meeting on Wednesday and you can more about how you can help us cover the increasing costs of running our amazing organization and see our training schedule for the rest of 2026. If you can't attend this meeting, we will be placing information on social media and sending it via email.

All Galveston County CERT members take the basic first aid course and STOP the Bleed. This allows us to best meet the needs of our citizens.

CERT Memory: Disaster drills are the best way to practice what we have learned. In this drill we incorporated nurses from UTMB to help us all understand our roles in a disaster.
