💙🐊 INVESTING IN OUR PEOPLE 🐊💙

During the June Board Meeting, the Dickinson ISD Board of Trustees approved a 3% compensation increase for all employees for the 2026-2027 school year.

This action reflects the Board’s continued commitment to supporting and investing in the employees who make a difference for students every day across Gator Nation.

The approved increase was made possible through strategic financial planning and the continued support of our community, allowing Dickinson ISD to balance responsible budgeting with investments in our staff, students, and schools.

Thank you to our Board of Trustees for their leadership and to our employees for the dedication, care, and service you provide each day. Together, we continue to make Dickinson ISD a great place to learn, work, and grow. 💙
