Come join us for a great strawberry shortcake, 33 vendors, balloon twisting and face painting for the kids and grat music. 11 AM To 3 PM at the Dighton Lions Pavilion behind town hall. Our Historic House and Garden Tour tickets will be available at our table. Eight private gardens and five homes are open for the tour on June 27th, noon to 5pm. Tickets are $25.00, which includes a coupon for a 20% discount at Araujo's Farm from July 5th until August 31st. Tickets are cash or check.

Notice from the Dighton Highway Department:

Drainage Work on Main Street will begin on Wednesday, June 10.

Please expect road closures during completion of this work. Updates will be provided as they are received.

The Town of Dighton extends its congratulations to Ashley Daigneault and Heather Nicora on their appointments announced at the Board of Selectmen's meeting held last night. Ashley Daigneault has been appointed Department Manager for Inspectional Services, and Heather Nicora has been appointed Department Manager for the Dighton Sewer Department. Both appointees bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their respective roles. The Town wishes them success in their new positions.
