On Wednesday, August 12, at 6 PM, Robert Smith will be here to discuss his new book, Before the World Knew My Name. There's something for everyone - his years as a Hawkeye playing for Hayden Fry, his years in Texas raised by a devoted mom, his experiences as a college football referee, his years as a Hall of Fame high school basketball referee, or his decades as the director of UNI's Center for Urban Education and as a devoted husband and father. Mark your calendars!

This week's events - please NOTE - the Wednesday night Story Time has been postponed due to the Little League picture night activities. The NEW DATE is Monday, July 20 at 5 PM. Also note the addition of the new event on Friday with Coulee Cards and Gaming, which will be held at the City Hall/Memorial Building.
