June 1–7 is CPR & AED Awareness Week 🚑🚨

It’s CPR and AED Awareness Week! Knowing CPR and how to use an AED can save lives in emergencies, especially in the heat of summer when outdoor activity increases. If someone collapses unexpectedly, call 911, start CPR and use an AED if one is available. Consider getting certified through a local course.

Tick activity is unfortunately high this year. Be aware when outside in tall grass and sagebrush, especially. Wear long pants and remember to check for ticks after being outside!
