Keeping your little learner fueled throughout a busy preschool day is all about steady blood sugar. When packing snacks or planning school year breakfasts, pair a carbohydrate with a protein or healthy fat (like apples and sunflower seed butter or berries and Greek yogurt). This combo prevents the dreaded mid-morning energy crash and keeps their focus sharp for playtime and socialization!

Mantener a tu pequeño aprendiz con energía durante un día ajetreado de preescolar se logra manteniendo sus niveles de azúcar en la sangre estables. Let your child practice zipping and unzipping it themselves, and picking it out to put by the front door. Building these tiny self help habits now gives them a massive confidence boost when they walk through those doors this fall!
