CERT 203 - Franklin Township Community Emergency Response Team CERT Team 203 is a volunteer organization of York County, founded in 2001, committed to community response prior, during, and after an emergency.

Our service area includes Dillsburg and Northern York County. The team is available 24/7, 365 days a year. CERT Team 203 consists of nurses, EMTs, paramedics, HAM radio operators, Landing Zone Officers, pharmacists, forensic scientists, veterans, engineers, accountants, computer programmers, search & rescue team members, EMA staff, individuals trained in CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management), HazMat training, Eagle Scouts, and other community members just like you!
