I have spoken to staff at the governor's office, they directed me to homeland security. I've left a message and hope for a response, I will keep you all updated. The DOC is not required to release inmates, however, I believe they should be required to keep the health of the inmates as a priority. That means ending the emergency menu, providing them medical, and ensuring medication's are being given on time. I will keep you posted.
