RENTAL ASSISTANCE SPECIALISTS

The HRA of Clay County seeks employees for openings due to retirements and new programs to assist low-income households afford a place to call home. Ideal candidates will be emerging leaders who value making a difference in the lives of others and service to the community. Candidates must have the ability to work well with the public; excellent attention to detail; thrive while working under pressure; good math, communication, and technical skills; and work well with diverse populations.

This is an entry level position with the opportunity for long-term growth and development. Applicants who have an educational background or prior property management, social services, or benefits eligibility experience are encouraged to apply.

Requires a high school diploma; ability to pass a criminal background check; and a valid driver’s license. The starting pay range is $21.41-$24.51 per hour with excellent benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, 100% employer-paid single health, dental, and life insurance. Family medical, dental, vision, disability, and other benefits available. Normal hours are 8-4:30, M-F.
