Tonight is Night to Unite, we hope to see everyone there!

Don't forget, next Tuesday, August 4th is Night to Unite at Whistle Stop Park. Join us for free games, prizes, music and food. Thanks to great donations from Chase Bank, Dilworth Lions Club, Dilworth Loco Lions Club, BNSF, FM Legion Riders, and Dilworth Fire Department.
We will be having Games to Go, bike donations, cupcake walk, hotdog picnic meal, and more. Kona Ice Truck will be also be on site ($$)

Due to air quality concerns, our swimming pool is closed today (Thurs. July 16) to help ensure the safety of our residents and staff.

Notice is hereby given that the filing period for candidates seeking election to the City of Dilworth at the general election conducted on November 3, 2026 is now open.

The filing period starts today, Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and will close on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Affidavits of candidacy for the following offices must be filed at Dilworth City Hall, 2 First Avenue SE, Dilworth, Minnesota.

A filing fee of $2 or a petition in place of the filing fee must be filed with the affidavit of candidacy.

A candidate for office must be an eligible voter, at least 21 years of age on the date of taking office, a U.S. Citizen, and a Dilworth resident for 30 days before the election.

🚂 Building Momentum in Dilworth! 🏗️

Just like the rail lines that helped shape our community, progress is moving full steam ahead on the future Dilworth Community Center!

This photo captures one of the early foundation walls taking shape—laying the groundwork for a space that will bring neighbors together for generations to come. Every block, beam, and pour is another step toward creating a gathering place for recreation, events, learning, and community connections.

As we celebrate Dilworth's rich railroad history during the upcoming Loco Daze festivities, it's exciting to see another piece of our community's future being built right before our eyes. From the trains that built Dilworth to the community center that will help build memories, there's a lot to be proud of.

Be sure to join us at Loco Daze from July 20th-26th and follow along as construction continues on this exciting project!

🚧 Temporary Water Shut-Off Notice 🚧

Beginning at 1:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, July 8), water service will be temporarily shut off for properties in the area bounded by:

💧 Center Ave to 2nd Ave NE
💧 2nd St NE to 4th St NE

The shut-off is necessary to allow crews to install a new water line connection and is expected to last 2 hours or less.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete this work.
