* Comment on and share posts from local nonprofits, schools, and partner businesses with thoughtful notes, not just emojis.f
* Run one simple poll or question each month asking the community about local preferences (favorite spots, event ideas, or business needs).
* Add one gratitude post monthly thanking volunteers, partners, or customers by name and tagging them.

Non-profits are the heart of Discovery Bay, and we’re excited to bring you together this October for a dedicated Non-Profit Mixer hosted by the Discovery Bay Chamber of Commerce. Date and venue are still in the works, but we’re sharing this now so your team has time to plan ahead and participate.
This upcoming mixer will be all about collaboration: connecting nonprofits with one another, introducing you to local business leaders, and exploring ways we can partner to support fundraising, events, volunteers, and community programs. Whether you’re a small, volunteer-run organization or a larger nonprofit, you’re welcome at the table. Inclusivity is one of our core values, and this event is being built with you in mind.
