Unfortunately due to inclement weather, our courts in Surry County will be postponed tomorrow, February 2, 2026.

The Clerk of Superior Court's office will be closed as well.

Due to these conditions, District and Superior Courts for Surry County will be closed Thursday, January 29, 2026. The Clerk of Superior Court's office will be closed tomorrow as well.

Surry County District Civil and Criminal Courts will be on a 2 hour delay (11:00 AM) at this time for tomorrow. The Surry County Clerk of Superior Court's office will open at 10:00 AM.
