This photo from our archives captures the joy and team spirit at the 1976 NJCAA Women's National Track & Field Meet, held right here in Dodge City, Kansas fifty years ago. Look at those smiles! 🏆

The NJCAA Women's National meet was still a young event at the time, and hosting it was a big deal for our community and for Dodge City Community College. These athletes helped pave the way for generations of women in college athletics.
