This past weekend we celebrate Jacob King who joined the United States Army as a 15U, CH-47 mechanic! Jacob gets ready to go to basic training in August followed by his advanced individual training at Fort Eustis Virginia!

Graduation season continues!! 🎓🇺🇸

Congratulations to our very own Quintin Allison on graduating from Kiowa County High School this past weekend! His next chapter begins in July when he ships off to Basic Training at Fort Benning to begin his journey as an Infantry recruit (11X).

We are proud of you, Quinton, and excited to see all you accomplish on this journey. Good luck and stay motivated the Army is gaining a great future Soldier! 🇺🇸💪

It’s graduation season!! Congrats to our very own Crystal Saucedo on graduating this past weekend. Her new journey starts in less than a week when she ships off to Basic Training at Fort Jackson South Carolina followed by advanced individual training at Fort Lee VA, to become the Army’s Newest Am******on specialist (89B). We are proud of you crystal!

🇺🇸 Welcome Our Newest Recruiter to Dodge City! 🇺🇸

The Dodge City Army Recruiting Station is proud to welcome SSG David Wilk to the team!

SSG Wilk joined the Army in 2009 as a 94E and in 2014, he reclassed to 15G (Aircraft Structural Repairer), continuing his service with a strong focus on aviation and maintenance.

During his time at Fort Riley, he also served on his battalion’s Color Guard and had the honor of participating in the 1st Infantry Division Bicentennial at West Point. With 16 years of service, SSG Wilk brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and dedication to our station.

Outside the uniform, SSG Wilk comes from a proud military family. He was born in Germany, raised primarily in Leavenworth, Kansas, and has also lived in California and New Jersey. Growing up, he stayed active in sports—playing football, wrestling, baseball, and track throughout high school. He has three older brothers and is happily engaged to his fiancée, Brittany.

Please join us in welcoming SSG Wilk to Dodge City as he continues to serve and mentor the next generation of Soldiers! 🇺🇸💪

SFC Gonzalez joined the U.S. Army 12 years ago as an 88M (Motor Transport Operator). Originally from Broadway, North Carolina, he followed in the footsteps of his parents and continued the family tradition of serving in the Army.

Throughout his career, SFC Gonzalez has served at several duty stations including Hawaii, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and previously as a recruiter in Fayetteville, NC. He now brings his experience and leadership to Dodge City, Kansas.

He is married and the proud father of three daughters. Outside of the Army, SFC Gonzalez enjoys golfing, hunting, watching football, and spending time with his family.

If you see him around town, be sure to say hello and welcome him to the community!
