🦖🚨 DINOSAUR SIGHTING IN DODGE! 🚨🦖

Reports are coming in that two brave librarians have been spotted riding dinosaurs through Jurassic Park while preparing for our "Unearth a Story" Summer Reading Program!

After extensive research (and a few close calls with a T-Rex), we've confirmed that dinosaurs and books are the perfect combination for an unforgettable summer! 📚🦕🦖

Get ready for a prehistoric adventure filled with:
✨ Story Hour
✨ Dino crafts
✨ Scavenger hunts
✨ Special events
✨ And plenty of roaring good fun!

Who says librarians only ride book carts? Sometimes we ride dinosaurs too! 😉

Stay tuned for more summer reading announcements and remember... if you see a dinosaur roaming around Dodge, it might just be one of us getting ready for an epic summer at the library!

🦖 Important Library Update! 🦕

The dinosaurs have officially taken over JRML and will be hard at work tomorrow re-doing the library! 🛠️📚

Because of all the “renovations,” the library will be CLOSED tomorrow while our prehistoric construction crew stomps around moving books, organizing shelves, and possibly testing the structural integrity of the snack stash. 😅

We plan to RE-OPEN Thursday… assuming the T-Rex follows OSHA regulations. 🦖⚠️

And don’t forget to kick off the fun TOMORROW, Wednesday, May 27 at our Story Hour Kick-Off Party at the City Park starting at 6PM! 🎉📖 There will be plenty of dino-sized fun for everyone!

Thank you for your patience while we survive this Jurassic renovation adventure!

🍋💵 Money Matters with Lemonade is almost here! 💵🍋

Kids will have a sweet time learning real-life money skills in this fun, hands-on workshop at the John Rogers Memorial Library!

Participants will learn the basics of:
💰 Earning
💰 Saving
💰 Spending
💰 Budgeting

PLUS — each child will create their own lemonade stand plan and get the opportunity to take turns running a REAL lemonade stand at the library this summer! 🍋☀️
