🚔 Tomorrow, Wednesday, June 24, the Iowa & Grant County Emergency Response Team (ERT) will be conducting a brief training exercise at Dodgeville High School during the morning hours.

During this time, community members may notice several law enforcement vehicles at DHS and a larger police presence than usual. This is a planned training exercise only and there is no cause for concern.

The training is expected to last approximately one hour and will involve officers practicing room-clearing procedures inside the building.

We appreciate our partnership with local law enforcement and their commitment to ongoing training and preparedness.

🍓Our Summer Learning Gardening Class has been busy getting their hands dirty!

Our students spent time picking fresh strawberries and planting in the garden while learning about where our food comes from and how plants grow. We can't wait to see all of their hard work bloom throughout the summer!

🥎 👏 Congratulations to softball player Mikayla Lathrop on earning All-District honors from the Wisconsin Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association!

Mikayla was selected as an Honorable Mention All-District recipient in District 3 (Medium Schools), recognizing her outstanding performance on the field this season.

Interested in Cheer? Are you looking to be part of a team, make new friends, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories? Or maybe you're interested in joining a competitive team with a winning tradition? If so, Dodgeville Cheer may be the perfect fit for you!

We are currently looking for new members for both our Football Cheerleading Team and our Competition Cheer Team.

Our football cheer team is growing and is a great way to get involved, support our school, and be part of a fun and energetic team.

Our competition cheer team is coming off an incredible season, including a trip to State, and we're looking for new athletes to help us continue building on that success.

No experience is necessary! Whether you're an experienced cheerleader or have never cheered before, we encourage you to come learn more about our program.

✈️🥞 TOMORROW! Our Dodgeville High School FCCLA and Competition Cheer Team is hosting the 2nd Annual Fly-In/Drive-In Breakfast at the Iowa County Airport!

Join us tomorrow, Saturday, June 20th from 7:00am - noon and enjoy a delicious breakfast while checking out airplanes and Med Flight!

All proceeds support competition fees and student activities for FCCLA and Competition Cheer. Hope to see you there!

The Dodgeville High School FCCLA and Dodgeville Competition Cheer Team are joining forces to bring you, the Fly-In/Drive-In Breakfast at the Iowa County Airport for the second year on June 20th from 7am - 12pm! Come join us for a fun day of Airplanes and Med Flight(pending availability).

🥈⚾️ STATE RUNNER-UP. HISTORY MADE.

The Dodgers' incredible season came to an end today after a hard-fought battle in the WIAA Division 3 State Championship Game. Dodgeville fell to Cedar Grove-Belgium 13-9 to finish as the Division 3 State Runner-Up!

While today's result wasn't the one we hoped for, this team has accomplished something no other Dodgeville baseball team has ever done. For the first time in school history, Dodgeville Baseball reached the State Championship Game! Along the way, the Dodgers ended a 63-year State Tournament drought, won the program's first-ever State Tournament game, and brought our community together for a postseason run that will never be forgotten.

To our players and coaches, thank you for an unforgettable season. No matter the final score, you've already secured your place in Dodgeville history.

Congratulations on an incredible season, boys! We couldn't be prouder!

🏆⚾️ TODAY IS STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME DAY!

For the first time ever, Dodgeville Baseball is playing for a State Championship!

After an incredible comeback victory in the State Semifinals, the Dodgers will take the field one more time as they face Cedar Grove-Belgium in the WIAA Division 3 State Championship Game today at 12:05pm at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium in Grand Chute.

This is a first for our school, our baseball program, and our community, and we couldn't be more proud of these young men and their coaches!

⭐ A special day for our Dodgers before tomorrow's championship game!

Today, the team visited the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame, where they were treated to an incredible tour of the museum thanks to the generosity of Kramer Rock, a teammate of Coach Pat Reilly on Dodgeville's 1963 State Baseball team.

A huge thank you to Kramer for this opportunity and for helping make this State Tournament experience even more memorable for our Dodgers!

⚾️ What a comeback! The boys were trailing 5-0 going into the 6th inning, but our Dodgers refused to give up.

Our Dodgeville Baseball team scored six unanswered runs, including three with two outs, to come back and defeat #1 seed St. Croix Falls 6-5 in the WIAA Division 3 State Semifinal!

With the victory, they earned the first State Tournament win in program history and advanced to the State Championship game for the first time EVER!
