🪙🔥 COIN WARS ARE ON! 🔥🪙

Mt. Tipton’s Coin Wars have officially begun and will continue through September 23!

Students can help their grade earn points by adding nickels, dimes, and quarters to their grade-level jar. Want to shake up the competition? Add pennies or bills to another grade’s jar to subtract from its score! 😆

All proceeds will support Student Council activities and future school events. Start collecting that spare change, Panthers—every coin counts!

📚💛 GRANDPARENTS, SAVE THE DATE! 💛📚

There’s something pretty special about getting to have lunch with Grandma or Grandpa at school! 🥰🐾

Mt. Tipton Elementary is excited to invite grandparents and special guests to join their Panther for our Grandparent Lunch!

📅 Thursday, September 10th

🍎 Pre-K & Kindergarten — 11:00 AM
📚 1st–3rd Grade — 11:10 AM
✏️ 4th–6th Grade — 11:20 AM

🍽️ Guest Lunch: $5.50 per individual

Please bring exact change or a check payable to Mt. Tipton Elementary.

Whether it’s sharing a meal, hearing about their school day, or simply sitting together for a few extra minutes, these are the little moments our students remember. ❤️

📚🐾 PAWS AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS START TODAY! 🐾📚

Mt. Tipton families, PAWS is back! Our after-school programs begin today, Monday, August 31st! 🎉

Please make sure your family is familiar with our dismissal and bus schedule:

🐾 MONDAY–WEDNESDAY — PAWS DAYS
🕒 PAWS: 3:00–4:00 PM
🚌 PAWS buses leave: 4:10 PM

📅 THURSDAY — NO PAWS
🏫 School dismissal: 3:00 PM
🚌 Buses leave: 3:10 PM

Students participating in PAWS will have the opportunity to stay after school for additional activities, learning, and fun with our Mt. Tipton team.

⚠️ Parents, please make sure your child knows their after-school plan and how they will be getting home.

We’re excited to get PAWS started again and give our Panthers even more opportunities to learn, grow, connect, and have fun! 🖤💛

Come to school looking your best in your favorite school-appropriate outfit! Dress fancy, dress sharp, or simply wear something that makes you feel AWESOME. 😎✨

📷 Every student will be photographed, and proofs will be sent home afterward with information on how families can purchase pictures.

So pick out that perfect outfit, fix that hair, and bring your biggest Panther smile! 😁📸

🎨 Our 1st graders became mural artists!

They learned how murals can tell stories, explored murals around Mt. Tipton and around the world, and then worked together to create one of their own.

Different ideas. Different artists. One amazing class mural. 💛🖤
