The Dolton Public Library District is excited to announce the DPLD Youth S.T.E.A.M. & Financial Literacy Summer Experience at the Library!

Open enrollment begins Monday, June 1st from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Youth ages 10–18 are invited to enjoy FREE summer workshops focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math, robotics, 3-D printing, creative challenges, outdoor activities, financial literacy and more!

This exciting summer experience will take place during June & July and is designed to help students learn, build, and explore in a fun and engaging environment.

In collaboration with Thornridge High School District 205 and sponsored in part by Chase.

Get ready for a summer full of reading, fun, and adventure at the Dolton Public Library District 2026 Summer Reading Kick-Off!

Join us on Saturday, June 6 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the library for an exciting afternoon featuring food, face painting, gifts, and more! Families will also enjoy a live reptile presentation from Sandridge Nature Center.

Today, young creators celebrated the Class of 2026 at the Dolton Public Library by making special graduation-themed clips and crafts! 🎓✂️
