Hello Everyone,
School is on the horizon, time for new beginnings.
We still have this double sides bookshelf looking for a new beginning!
Yours for any size donation and hauling away!
Great for storage, adjustable shelves, solid piece.
Come check it out, bring your tape measure and creative uses🙂
Use your local Doon Public Library for reading, research, and more resources.

We have a place to park your bikes and scooters! ( so they don't end up w***y nilly by the door)
We expressed our concerns to the Doon City Council, and they came through with a very timely solution! Thank you!
So please, remind friends and family if they are "two wheeling" it to the Doon Public Library park your ride in the new rack, thank you!

The Doon Public Library has these to shelving units, with shelves, available.
Tall unit has shelves on one side, shorter unit has shelves on both sides.
Check them out at the Library during Library hours for size and condition.
We have received new shelving through the Community Center Committee to replace these.
For a donation and removal these shelving units can be yours!

In case you weren't able to be at the Doon Days Parade, here is a picture of the Library entry. Holli Dryfhout and Rhonda Mulder were the two library board members walking in the parade and handing out candy. Thank you ladies, and thank you for supporting the Doon Public Library.

Just to let you know, we are selling golf balls for the Ball Dash which will be tomorrow at 1:00.
Tonight we are set up by the Community Meal and will be at the Ball game tonight also.
We are presently raising funds for a bike rack to put by the new Library.

These enhancements were made possible from donations through fund raising.
The Ball Dash happening this Sat. is a great way to support your local Library with as small a gift as $5! Those small gifts add up to wonderful things for your Library!

Thank You! to the Community Center Committee for so generously sharing additional funding for upgrading several more of the outdated wooden shelving units!
Stop in and see the new added shelving and check out the new books that have come in.
Remember to get your golf ball(s) for the Ball Dash Fund Raiser happening at 1:00pm this Sat. July 25!

Doon Days is coming up,
Join the Doon Ball Dash
By purchasing a golf ball, or two, or.......
All proceeds go to the
Doon Public Library!
Funds will go for enhancements in the library such as seating, artwork, and extras besides books.
Balls can be purchased at Premier Bank, the night of the Community Supper in the park, and before and after the parade in the park.
May the best ball win!
