FEMAโ€™s updated flood maps are moving closer to adoption, making now an important time for Doral property owners to understand their current flood risk and prepare for potential changes.

Flooding can happen outside designated high risk areas, and even properties located in Zone X still carry some level of flood risk. Your homeowners or windstorm insurance also does not typically cover flood damage, making it important to understand your coverage before you need it.

The City of Doral proudly congratulates the graduates of Basic Law Enforcement Class 403, including 10 recruits representing the Doral Police Department who successfully completed the rigorous training, discipline, and preparation required to reach this important milestone.

Among 37 graduates, our Doral recruits also earned four distinguished honors:
