☀️ Weather Preparedness
Miami weather can change quickly. Attendees are encouraged to bring sunscreen, stay mindful of heat conditions, and be prepared for possible rain. Bug spray is also recommended.
🏋️ NAF Equipment Sale
• First-come, first-served
• Sale begins at 9:00 a.m.
• No early entry prior to event opening
• Please respect vendor and staff setup hours from 7:00 a.m – 8:30 a.m.
• Designated queuing area will be marked
🛒 Purchase & Pickup Procedures
• Last pickup call at 11:45 a.m.
• All sales final
• Equipment sold as-is
• Card and tap payments only
🚚 Equipment Handling
Fitness staff will assist in directing attendees to the pickup point; however, attendees are responsible for loading and transporting purchased equipment.
🚗 TRUSTED TRAVELER PROGRAM IN EFFECT
The Trusted Traveler Program applies to passenger vehicles for this event.
A uniformed service member or government employee with a valid Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC), military retiree with a valid DoD ID credential, or adult dependent (18+) with a valid DoD ID credential may sponsor vehicle occupants onto the installation.
The number of occupants a sponsor may vouch for is limited to the legal carrying capacity of the vehicle.
Sponsors must ensure all occupants 18 years of age or older possess a valid photo ID, such as:
• REAL ID-compliant driver’s license
• State-issued ID card
• DD Form 1173
• DD Form 2 series
• U.S. Passport
⚠️ FITNESS CENTER PARKING NOTICE
All vehicles must be removed from the Fitness Center parking lot no later than 8:00p.m. on Friday, May 15, in preparation for event setup.
