Finally, after a year and a half, my book, “On the Stroll” is listed on Amazon for sale. It has been a struggle refining the manuscript and the cover. Hallelujah! Go to Amazon and type in William C. Dwyer. Both the Kindle and Paperback print versions are displayed. The original draft was over 700 pages. Far too long. After constant editing, rewriting and condensing, I managed to get it down to a reasonable size. It is 425 pages, 324,000 words, 1.8 million characters including punctuation and spaces. There is not a single photo, picture or exhibit. It is all text, margin to margin. It has been my endeavor to share some stories and perhaps give insight into not only what police officers do but of our justice system. I hope the readers will find it interesting, entertaining and enlightening.
