A BIG thank you to everyone who joined us for the Wellness Walk & Talk Series with EFNEP Educator, Laura Briley! We wanted to take a moment to share these photos and express our gratitude to everyone who came out and participated. We loved spending our Fridays walking, learning, and growing together.

It was truly rewarding to see so many of you showing up, supporting one another, and taking steps toward healthier habits. Your energy and encouragement made each session so special!
We hope you enjoyed the recipes, tips, and time together as much as we did—it was just as fun and fulfilling for us to be part of this journey with you!
