Mrs. Farabow’s class got hands-on with place value today! Students used pretzel rods and marshmallows to represent tens and ones while building two-digit numbers. What a fun and engaging way to make math concepts come to life! 💡🦅

Happy Tea Party!🥰 After learning the letters Hh, Tt, and Pp, Eastside kindergarten students celebrated with a "Happy Tea Party"!🫖🍞 They enjoyed eating Toast and drinking Tea while wearing TuTus! Learning is fun in our neighborhood! 🦅💚🦅💚

Eastside Eagles are coming together to give back to our community! 💛We will be collecting change for our Childhood Cancer Change for a Cure event! Students will collect change in their homeroom bucket from September 1-30. The classroom who collects the most money will be treated to an Ice Cream Sundae Party!

Last year, our Eagles raised $2,714.27! We hope to surpass this amount!

🕵️‍♀️🦅 UNDERGROUND STAFF SPIRIT DAY! 🦅🕵️‍♂️

Today, our Eastside staff had our FIRST Underground Spirit Day of the year! The mission was simple: secretly show up wearing STRIPES or POLKA DOTS and see if our Eagles would notice that something strange was going on! 😂

🔴 17 staff members chose POLKA DOTS!
〰️ 40 staff members chose STRIPES!

And the funniest part?! NO ONE picked up on the madness! 🤣 Not one Eagle called us out!

Apparently, our staff is pretty good at keeping a secret... 🤫

So now the question is...

👀 What will our Eagle staff do next?!
