🕣 8:30 AM – 11:45 AM
📍 1011 Shirley Avenue, Douglas, GA
Requirements:
✔️ You must live within Douglas city limits & show proof of residency (e.g., utility bill)
✔️ Must be in line before 11:30 AM
✔️ Customers must unload any items that are not on a trailer or items that are unable to be lifted with the clam truck.
Not Accepted:
❌ Construction materials or commercial/business dumping
❌ Hazardous chemicals (paints, solvents, cleaners, pesticides, etc.)
❌ Motor oil, antifreeze, batteries, or tires

The City of Douglas has one (1) vacancy on the Douglas-Coffee County Planning Commission. The volunteer should live in the city limits of Douglas. The Planning Commission is a joint city-county advisory that makes recommendations to the city commission regarding the Joint Coffee County-City of Douglas Comprehensive Plan, Unified Land Development Code, Zoning Map in the form of zoning and rezoning and annexations into the city as well as other duties.
