This year Chief Eddie Robinson announced his retirement from Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services and with that he would voluntarily step back from our Executive Board. We sincerely thank Chief Robinson for his leadership and service to the Georgia Fire Service and wish him much success in his next chapter.

It was my honor to attend the Retirement Reception for Pulaski County Fire Chief and EMA Director Leslie Sewell. Chief Sewell dedicated 29 years of service in this role and additional years in other capacities. His contributions to Pulaski County and the Fire and Emergency Management community have been invaluable. Working with him on various occasions has been my pleasure. Wishing you a wonderful retirement and may God continue to bless you, Chief Sewell.
