Hello everyone! We have reached the 6-month mark of our mission and we are proud to say that our Soldiers have been exceptional. When they aren’t hard at work, the Soldiers of the 848th Engineer Company have been putting in time for self-improvement. We have many Soldiers that are currently enrolled in online schooling and quite a few have completed their military schooling required for career progression since they started the mission. Others have focused their free time on physical fitness and have made significant gains! Many early mornings or late nights have been spent at the gym or on the track as Soldiers work to improve themselves. Finally, we have had many Soldiers take the next step in their military careers. We have been able to promote a large number of our Soldiers as they become leaders in their squads. We tell you all of this to say – your Soldiers are becoming better versions of themselves! We look forward to the remainder of the mission to see what our Soldiers can accomplish, and we appreciate the support of our families that have got us this far!
