I am a licensed Psychotherapist, and I have known Kelton Hill for 27 years, and I know the character of this gentleman and love his integrity and passion for the law. Kelton has served in law enforcement for 37 years so nobly. He has been a outstanding and committed husband to my Sorority sister, Chevon, for 34 years. The two has raised 3 dynamic children, Jazmind (a Pilot), Kelton II (a Police Officer), and Jori (a PhysicalTherapist). He is well established in the community; he has coached for 3 decades and is definitely a people person. As a former Douglas County resident for over 25 years, this is my endorsement for Mr. Kelton Hill. I have known Mr. Hill for over 26 years. I grew up having Mr. Hill as my baseball coach at Woodrow Wilson Park in Douglas County. Mr. Hill is a great leader, mentor and coach. Mr. Hill served 37 years in law enforcement and has provided countless services in Douglas County. He has served as a mentor to countless young people and adults in Douglas County. I’ve known the Hills for over 20yrs and have been involved throughout! This family is solid, non-selfish, hard working and led by Kelton I! Kelton is a hands on leader with high integrity! He’s passionate about being an asset and creating a legacy for all. He also has a strong desire to help our youth! I remember him encouraging me, a single mother of two at the time, to allow my daughter to get involved in community sports/events. He took the time to explain the benefits and when I declined because of financial reasons, he immediately told me to take the first step and things will work out and it did! He didn’t look down on me, nor did he judge me. He encouraged me at my lowest. Kelton is the voice many heard/hear whether in the stands of schools , grocery stores and parks in our community. He may be retired from law enforcement, but not retired from serving others! His passion of serving others continues! There’s no doubt in my mind that Kelton I is the best candidate for our district! He’ll (HILL) make the difference!

Enjoyed my time today with Sheriff Tim Pounds at the Grand Opening and Ribbon cutting of Serenity Empire at Sweetwater Creek. I really appreciate Sheriff Pounds endorsement of Candidacy for Douglas County District 2 Commissioner. I also appreciate the support and endorsement from Henrietta and Issac of Serenity Empire.
