Panthers, get ready to celebrate the vibrant cultures, music, and traditions that bring our community together! Join our HoPe Organization for a week of Hispanic Heritage Month Dress-Up Days. Show your pride, represent your culture, and participate in the fun each day!

Here’s the lineup:

Monday, October 5: Country Pride! Wear your country’s colors or traditional attire.

Tuesday, October 6: Favorite Artist Day! Dress like your favorite artist.

Wednesday, October 7: Soccer Spirit! Rep your favorite soccer team with a jersey.

Thursday, October 8: Tíos vs. Tías!

Friday, October 9: HoPe Pride! Wear yellow and black to represent HoPe!

ARE YOU READY TO GET BACK IN THE POOL, PANTHERS?

The 2026-2027 Panther Swimming Season begins NEXT WEEK!

New and returning swimmers and their families are invited to join Coach Pratt and Coach Rogers for our 2026-2027 Panther Swimming Information Meeting this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held VIRTUALLY, via Google Meet. meet.google.com/bnx-ugxq-dys

During the meeting, coaches will share important information about:

• Practice schedules
• Planned meets
• Team expectations and requirements
• What swimmers and families need to know before the season begins

NEW SWIMMERS:
Tryouts will be held on Monday, October 5, at 4 pm at Boundary Waters Aquatic Center.

RETURNING PANTHER SWIMMERS:
Please attend tryouts/practice on Tuesday, October 6, at 4 pm at Boundary Waters Aquatic Center.

Applications are open for the Fostering Family Leaders Program!

Fostering Family Leaders (FFL) builds on your current strengths and takes you to a new level of leadership in your home, school and community.

During 10 sessions, participants will have opportunities to connect with other parents, take part in engaging group activities, develop a vision for themselves and their families, and much more!

Communities In Schools of Douglas County and the Douglas County School System have partnered with United Way of Greater Atlanta to offer this unique parent leadership academy program.

We invite you to attend one of two upcoming FFL Orientation/Information Sessions. These sessions will provide key program details, introduce our team, answer any questions you may have, and lay out what to expect ahead of our first official class on Friday, October 30.
