A HUGE thank you to the staff of Dog River, Lithia Springs, and Douglas County libraries for helping out at the Hollis St. Jamboree! Y’all are seriously the best.

Will we see you this week?
Today, August 31st, we will be at the Woodie Fite Senior Center from 1p-2:30p with tons of books and swag to hand out! We’ll have a lot of great cookbooks and food health books available.
Tomorrow, September 1st, we will be at Omega Private Learning Academy for a closed to the public program.
Wednesday, September 2nd, we will be at Mt. Carmel for a closed to the public event.
Stop by if you see us out and about!

Tomorrow, August 26th, we will be at the Lithia Springs Senior Center from 10:30a-11:30a
Thursday, August 27th, we will be at Annette Winn Elementary for their Literacy Night.

Douglas County’s annual September Saturdays festival is back!

Day 1 of the festival will take place on Saturday, September 19, at Boundary Waters Park from 11 AM to 4 PM. Get ready for a full day of fall family fun, including hayrides, carnival rides, a pumpkin patch, line dancing, food trucks, and more!

Day 2 will take place on Saturday, September 26, at the Douglas County Courthouse from 11 AM to 4 PM. Come and shop with local vendors, eat delicious food, listen to great live music, and enjoy fun carnival rides!

This week, we will be at the Church’s St. Farmer’s Market from 4p-5p on August 18th, weather willing.
We’ll be at Arbor Station Elementary on August 19th for an event closed to the public.
Saturday, August 22nd, be sure to join us for the Hollis St. Jamboree from 1p-6p!

Trying something a little new with our posts!
We will be at the Hollis Street Jamboree on August 22nd from 1p-6p! The event is taking place at 8304 Hollis Street in Douglasville, GA.
We will have books available for checkout as well as swag to hand out, so be sure to stop by and say hi!

Ready for this week’s programs?
Tomorrow, August 11th, we will be at Midway UMC for a closed to the public event.
Wednesday, August 12th, we will once again be at the Lithia Springs Senior Center from 10:30a-11:30a!
Thursday, August 13th, we will be doing a fun STEM robotics program at Lithia Springs Public Library from 5:30p-6:30p.
