Today, I encountered my first 😠angry customer. As a Notary, I strive to assist everyone, but I cannot in good conscience notarize documents for individuals not present before me, particularly those involving legal matters. While I dislike disappointing clients, as a Notary, I am bound by state laws and an oath of office that requires me to uphold integrity.
