This 53-unit project in Wilmington, spearheaded by Todmorden Housing and HDC MidAtlantic, will offer affordable housing solutions for seniors in our community.

The development will include a variety of one- and two-bedroom units, with many designed to comply with ADA standards for accessibility. Residents will also benefit from an on-site community center that will serve as a resiliency hub.

DSHA provided $2,625,000 in construction funding and allocated $1,068,262 in low-income housing tax credits. In addition, the project received HUD 202 funds.
