Located at Picatinny Arsenal, Picatinny Homes is a residential community offering a variety of rental homes to active duty Army families assigned to the base.

We also have select homes available to rent to military retirees, DOD civilian employees and the general public. Our rental homes at Picatinny Arsenal are available in two, three, four, five and six-bedroom floor plans featuring master suites, garages, open floor plans and sunrooms—everything you need for stress-free living. Picatinny Homes residents also enjoy the very walkable, pet-friendly comm

unity's amenities including many playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, as well as easy access to all of the Picatinny Arsenal facilities and amenities.
