Welp, I had to take a break from a usual day in my life of reading emails and sh!tposting to address the very clear antitrust situation that the Ohio consumer is being forced to eat. Kimble companies (Dover, Ohio), a well known trash service provider is forcing onto their consumers - Deceptive billing practices, non-transparent fees, and forced disorganization in their weekly pickup schedule. This has been going on since 2020 and yet they raise rates again. It’s always a new excuse.

Now, after years of this happening completely unregulated, they have caused thousands of consumers unnecessary late fees and as they claim they are not regulated by PUCO. The believe their customers are helpless to defend against the constant gaslighting and deception. Well the law is still the law and the consumer is protected. Kimble should repay the hundreds of thousands of dollars that they have ripped from the hands of the consumer.

In a situation of antitrust we have a first step - to report our own accounts to the Ohio attorney general at- https://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov

This page is to raise awareness that not only is Kimble Companies, their employees and executives, aware of these practices but that the consumer feels they are doing so by design to rig unnecessary fees against the consumer as defined by the state of Ohio here - https://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/Legal/Antitrust

Price increases, hidden fees, price rigging, and deceptive internal billing backed by employees forced into enforcing these policies to protect their employment. It is time for the consumer to speak up. They owe us all a refund. It may not be much but lord knows the consumer deserves what is owed to them due to deceptive billing practices.
