Kent County Fatherhood & Family Leadership Committee Kent County Fatherhood and Family Coalition promotes the positive involvement of fathers in the lives of their children, families, and the community.

Following the objectives of the DFFC model: The purpose continues to build upon the efforts of the community to form a movement that strengthens male leadership, expands the community’s capacity to collaborate, increases resources which supports the involvement of residential and non-residential fathers in the lives of their children, reduces the stressors of single parents, builds upon adult rel

ationships, and decrease the barriers that may challenge these efforts. This is done through our four operating goals.
