Achieving Independence and Mobility Center for Independent Living AIM-CIL is a non-profit, non-residential organization dedicated to providing consumer-based services to individuals with disabilities in the community.

AIM Center for Independent Living is a 501 c3 not for profit organization. We are non-residential and promote community based living rather than institutionalization. Centers are unique as 51% of there employees and board of directors are made up of persons with disabilities. This gives our agency a "leg up" to assist others with disabilities to achieve their independence.

Want to share your opinions and experiences on DuPage County transit services? Join us next Thursday, August 27th over Zoom for a listening session held by LinkUp DuPage and AIM-CIL. The Parent Support Network workshop, “Navigating the IEP Maze,” which was scheduled to take place today, Wednesday, August 19, has been postponed.

The workshop will now take place on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 1:30 p.m.–2:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Join us as Special Education Advocate Pam Labellarte of From Advocacy to Action shares helpful information to support families in understanding and navigating the IEP process.
