You do NOT need perfect credit, $30,000 saved, or a rich auntie to buy a house 😂🏡

Today means so much more than receiving keys. I was able to negotiate closing costs, $10,000 in grant money toward the down payment, $15,500 in repairs, and the seller paying my buyer’s agent commission.

This journey came with a few challenges, but we stayed focused, kept pushing, and made it to the closing table. Helping my clients become homeowners while keeping more money in their pockets is exactly why I love what I do.

This one feels GOOD! My client is officially CLEAR TO CLOSE and we are almost at the finish line! 🙌🏾

There’s so much that happens between getting pre approved and hearing those three words. The paperwork, the waiting, the inspections, the appraisal, the phone calls and sometimes a little stress along the way 😂 But we made it through!

I’m so thankful my client trusted me to guide them through this process. Watching everything come together and knowing they are just days away from getting the keys to their new home is exactly why I love what I do. ❤️
