Florida Second District Court of Appeal

One of six district appellate courts in Florida. Located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.

The official headquarters in Lakeland includes the clerk and marshal’s offices; a branch, located at Stetson University College of Law’s Tampa Law Center, hosts most of the judicial offices and oral arguments. There are fourteen counties in the second district, which includes a population of over 5.5 million people: Pasco & Pinellas, Hardee, Highlands, Polk, DeSoto, Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough, Charlotte, Glades, Collier, Hendry, and Lee.
