Today, we're spotlighting Ms. Yvonne Rembert, who has been awarded the title of Customer Service Representative for the 1st calendar quarter of 2026!β
Since joining PSTA in 2013, Yvonne has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence. At Grand Central Station, she has become a true pillar, consistently keeping operations running smoothly with reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude. During times when the team has been short-staffed, she steps up without hesitation, confidently saying, βI got it,β and following through with the kind of ownership and teamwork that keeps everything moving forward. Her ability to manage one of our busiest customer service centers on her own with such steadiness speaks volumes about her leadership in action.
In addition to her daily responsibilities, Yvonne plays a key role in supporting and training our newest CSRs, and the feedback weβve received highlights her as knowledgeable, patient, and impactful.
Yvonne also brings a genuine sense of care to every customer interaction. She builds meaningful connections by greeting customers by name, offering guidance, and ensuring each person feels seen and supported. Her presence creates a welcoming and reassuring environment for both customers and teammates alike.
