Another opportunity for that enhance the quality of life of children, young adults, and families in .

Our Executive Coaching trial program supports senior non-profit executives, including Executive Directors, CEOs, and/or Presidents through a 12-month engagement that includes monthly 1:1 executive coaching. This opportunity is designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance organizational capacity, and support leaders navigating key moments of growth, transition, or challenge. Selected participants will work closely with experienced coach and founder of Dot Dot Org, David Rhode, to build clarity, address priority areas, and translate insights into meaningful organizational impact.

Eligible nonprofits, that have previously received at least one grant from FCP and successfully completed the full grant cycle, can submit their application through our web site by June 15, 2026.

FCP appointed child psychologist Dr. Andrew Kind-Rubin as a new board member at its March meeting. “We are excited to welcome Andy,” said Falesha Grasty, Chair of FCP’s Board of Directors. “His clinical background, expertise in child and family mental health, and community involvement will further strengthen our board and be a great benefit to the nonprofits we serve.”

FCP recently awarded its spring Partnership in Youth Services Grant to eight . Collectively, the organizations will help address the behavioral health and human service needs of 1,165 residents.

“This marks the fourth year we intentionally encouraged nonprofits that never received funding from us to share their innovative ideas and impactful programs,” said Falesha Grasty, chair of FCP’s Board. “Learning about their missions and people they serve and figuring out how we can best support their efforts has been at the core of our grantmaking since 2007.”
