*** SUMMER COMPOST DATES ***

The Compost Site located at the Dillon Center, 833 Hildreth Street, Dracut, MA, will be open on Saturdays for the Months of June, July, August, and September.

The Site will not be open on the Holiday Weekend of July 4th.

The Compost Site will accept leaves, brush, and grass clippings only with proof of residency. The Hours of Operation will be from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

*** INFORMATION REGARDING THE MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY, MEMORIAL DAY PARADE AND TRASH/RECYCLING ONE-DAY DELAY ***

All Town Administrative Offices will be Closed Monday, May 25th, 2026, in Observance of Memorial Day.

Emergency Services will remain open during the Holiday.

The Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 25th, 2026, will start at 11:00 a.m. from the Greenmont Avenue School, to Pleasant Street, to Lakeview Avenue and end at the Dracut High School.

Please note that Trash/Recycling Collection will be delayed by one day starting Monday, May 25th, 2026. For instance, if your regular pickup is scheduled for Monday, it will occur on Tuesday, and so forth the rest of the week.
