Below is a message General Eisenhower sent the morning of D-Day, during the Allied Invasion of Normandy in 1944 where thousands of heroes gave their lives in order to liberate Western Europe and the world from fascism.

Be thankful today in memory of those who never made it off the beach 81 years ago and remember what they were fighting against and what they died for.

"...and the light of battle was in their eyes."

Rising energy costs are stretching families' budgets, which is why last fall, I introduced a resolution with Senator Nick Miller, working with our colleague Rep. Rob Matzie, to evaluate our grid operator, PJM. This week, the state House passed Rep. Matzie's resolution and instructed the Joint State Government Commission to examine the costs and benefits of Pennsylvania's relationship with PJM. This study will identify ways to improve reliability, lower costs, and protect consumers across the Commonwealth.

It matters when you call or email your elected officials and doing so makes your issues a higher priority. I sat down with The Foster Files podcast to talk about animal protection here in Pennsylvania and how you can make a difference.

Bechtel Plant Machinery leases 350,000 square feet at Monroeville's former Westinghouse campus, expected to bring 1,000 jobs by mid-2029.

With Rep. Jen Mazzocco and colleagues in the House, I’m introducing new legislation to help small businesses and workers access affordable healthcare. Modeled on bipartisan efforts in other states following federal cuts to insurance credits, my plan offers small businesses a flexible alternative that will help more working Pennsylvanians access affordable healthcare coverage.

'At this moment, we’re in the thick of a massive affordability crisis,' said Rep. Jen Mazzocco.
