If you have ever heard someone say I can drink after drinking (fill in the blank).beers. Read this. Sober is the only option. Don't Drink and Drive. The risk the price are just too great.

Even a small amount of alcohol can affect driving ability. ⤵️

In 2023, more than 12,000 people were killed in drunk driving crashes and over 2,000 people were killed in alcohol-related crashes where a driver had a BAC of .01 to .07.

We will be meeting at Caring Community Friends next Thursday, March 19th from noon til 1 PM.

We will discuss upcoming medication take back events and spend some time weeding the community garden.

A repeat DUI offender takes the beautiful life of Isabella Clay. He told the officers he had 3 bears. His BAC was .25. She tried to get over. She saw it coming. He did not see that his choices leading up to this night would take Bella and absolutely destroy a community who will never forget her. This is the cost of drunk driving. Never ever drink and drive.

Victims of Impaired Driving gathered at the Oklahoma Capitol yesterday. VOID is an advocacy group that works to pass stronger laws and support victims and their families.

Thank you, VOID, for organizing this event and bringing so many of us together as we represent the real cost of impaired driving. Our voices matter. ❤️
